Watermark^HD has selected the JVC GY-HD250U as the primary cameras for our flypacks. The HD250 produces stunning results in both native full resolution HD 720p, as well as the 1080i SDI output to the Flypack.

While the Watermark^HD Flypack will work with any industry standard 12V HD camera with SDI output, we selected the JVC's cameras for a few reasons. The quality/cost ratio is, in our opinion, best of class. It simply produces georgeous output in 1080i, 720p, and NTSC 480i for a cost that most productions can actually afford. The HD250 provides fantastic lens flexibility to accomodate virtually any type of production. And it accomplishes this while actually looking and feeling like a camera.

While we prefer the HD250, if your production or event requires different cameras in conjunction with the HD Flypack, please call us so that we can help with the correct configuration.

The JVC GY-HD250U's can also be rented independently of the HD Flypack.
